ON THIS PAGE: STRATEGY, DEVELOPMENT & POLICY | EVALUATION & RESEARCH
Frankly speaking works at the intersection of research, educational practice and policy. Facilitating organisations and institutions to evaluate, reflect on and further develop their missions has become an important pillar of Frankly Speaking’s work. In full consideration of clients and partners needs, we propose and deliver accompaniment and participatory processes of strategy evaluation, further reflection and development to help them address the challenges they face in living up to their mission. Furthermore, we propose advice and recommendations to governments and organisations wishing to improve their policies and legislation, particularly in the field of youth and civic participation.
Frankly speaking conceptualises, organises and implements tailored processes for the collection of evidence on the basis of which stakeholders in different kinds of organisations and institutions can improve the effectiveness of existing work, and develop new policies, educational programmes and strategies. To date, most of our work in this area has focused on the youth and education sectors, and with organisations involved in peace building.
